It's never a good thing when something at home breaks, and you have to call someone to come fix it. These guys take the pain out. I dealt with Mike (the owner) and Richard (who actually did the work), and was more than pleased with their service. From my description of the problem over the phone, I was given a rough estimate. Richard was able to properly diagnose the problem within minutes, had the part in his truck, and completed the repair faster than I expected. Richard also took the time to inspect my pool electrical system, the pool vac, and other equipment not related to my service call. There was no extra charge, no hint of trying to sell me on other stuff. Just honest hard working excellent service. They're also very knowledgeable, and have decades of experience.
