Our Complete Service Coverage

We serve Los Angeles County and surrounding areas with fast response times and
local expertise. Every city and neighborhood listed below receives our full range
of professional services.

We cover 30 cities and neighborhoods from the west end of the San Fernando Valley out to Thousand Oaks, east to Pasadena and south over the hill to Beverly Hills. Pick your area below for local pricing, permitting and recent work.

West San Fernando Valley

We are based in the west Valley, so this is the area we reach fastest. Most same-week repair slots go here.

Canoga Park · Chatsworth · Granada Hills · Northridge · Reseda · West Hills · Winnetka · Woodland Hills

Central and East Valley

Older postwar pools and a lot of equipment reaching the end of its life. Permits here run through LADBS.

Encino · Lake Balboa · Sherman Oaks · Studio City · Tarzana · Toluca Lake · Valley Village · Van Nuys

Foothills and the Pasadena Area

Harder water, steeper lots and storm runoff off the San Gabriels. Several of these cities permit independently.

Altadena · Burbank · Glendale · La Crescenta · Pasadena

Conejo Valley and the 101 Corridor

Newer pools, hillside access and homeowner association approvals on many properties.

Agoura Hills · Calabasas · Oak Park · Thousand Oaks · Westlake Village

Westside

Estate equipment pads, long plumbing runs and automation that needs updating, plus pool rehab on lots rebuilding after the Palisades Fire.

Beverly Hills · Malibu · Pacific Palisades

Citywide

If your neighborhood is not listed separately, start here.

Who Issues Your Pool Permit

Any structural pool work needs a permit, and which counter it comes from depends on your address rather than your mailing city. It is the single thing that most changes a project timeline, so we check it before quoting.

  • City of Los Angeles (LADBS). Every Valley neighborhood on this page, plus Toluca Lake, Lake Balboa and Pacific Palisades. Re-plastering an existing pool runs as an express permit with no full plan check.
  • Their own city hall. Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Malibu, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village each run their own building department and their own queue.
  • Los Angeles County. Altadena and La Crescenta are unincorporated, so plans go to the county rather than a city.
  • Ventura County. Oak Park is unincorporated Ventura County, a different jurisdiction again from everything else on this page.

We pull the permit as part of the job in all four cases. You do not file anything.

What You Get Anywhere We Work

  • Same-week scheduling on most repairs, and a free written estimate before work starts.
  • One point of contact. Ran Neuman owns the company and runs the remodels himself.
  • Licensed and insured under CSLB #1143895, with the permit pulled by us.
